Since its grand opening in 2010, the impressive Newham Dockside (Building 1000) has facilitated multiple productions including Feature Films, TV Dramas, Commercials, Corporate Videos and more.
The productions are mainly looking for large open plan office spaces, meeting rooms, receptions area or modern corridors – Newham Dockside provides these in abundance.
But did you know that one of Newham’s most iconic modern buildings is also the favourite set for Bollywood productions?
With the lower level of the building overlooking City Airport, the location offers the perfect setting for an airport setting.
Over the years a number of Bollywood features have made the most of this view to double the location as an Airport for various scenes. Recently both the 2017 hit “Mubarakan” starring Ileana D’Cruz and Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s ‘Namaste England’ in June 2018 starring Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra took over the main atrium to double as their London Airport Location.
